TEXT MESSAGING CONSENT AND COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Precision Propeller, you expressly consent to receive SMS or MMS messages from us.

These messages may include service updates, appointment confirmations, reminders, account notifications and other information related to our products or services. We don't use our text messaging for promotional purposes, and only to communicate with customers while we are working on your repair or for a means for our customers to reach out to us with questions.

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

We respect your privacy. Your mobile number and personal information will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with us. You may receive recurring messages. On average, you can expect approximately 2 to 4 messages from us while we are doing your repair, though frequency may vary. We will reach out to you once we receive your repair with a quote for approval, to ask your email address, and also to let you know that we've emailed your invoice over and when we've dropped your propeller off for repair.

Opt Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you need assistance, reply HELP to any message. Please include your email address and/or home phone number.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.

EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

If you provide your email address through our website, you consent to receive communications from Precision Propeller related to our services, updates, and other relevant information. We do not email promotions and only use email for communicating with customers with regards to their repairs questions and customer services.

You may ask us to remove your email address at any time from our database, by calling, emailing or texting us.

We do not sell or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
